email used for another account

email used for another account

Hi,

First, this is my account, and everything is ok with this account.

I've have another mail: *****@********.ne.jp

And somebody is sending his receipt on it. I don't know what to do. There is probably nothing credit on my real account, because it's not linked to this email. But it's really annoying.

First, it is not safe to publish personal information in an open forum, so I have asked the hosts to remove it.

As for your question, you will need to contact Apple - we are all other users here and cannot help with such questions.

Yes, I know you are right, but the only people affected is somebody using my email. And he's using my email, so I don't really care about his private Billing information. Maybe I'm not doing this in the right way, but the only way I got to join Apple else is to get a call, and I don't want to because I'm at work all day.

And i don't really care about giving my own mail.
