Harassing texts and voicemails

Need to port a contact who is sending stalking messages, cannot use block feature since this is evidence, as he has a restraning order. Do not want to see or hear anymore! Any HELP?

For the Texts portion, you can go into the message thread, tap "Details" in the upper right hand corner, and turn on "Do Not Disturb"

The texts will still come through, so you'll have your evidence, but you won't be given any notification of them, unless you go and open the thread.

The voicemails however, I don't know of a way to stop getting those.
