how can I reset my iPhone when I can't remember the restrictions passcode? How can I fix this problem? I really need to reset my phone but can't figure how to do it since I dont know my restrictions passcod! Thank for any help

THe only way is that to restore from your last backup and erase all your datas from phone(reset factory).
also there are two ways to restore:
1-use your find my iphone app to erase all your datas from your iphone iCloud: Erase your device
2-connect your iphone to the itunes and restore it Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support

No, do NOT restore from last backup as that has a restrictions passcode.
You cannot restore from your backup. The backup contains the restrictions code, and will just put it right back on the device. This will put the OP right back in the same predicament that they are in right now.
