It doesn't matter what browser I try to use Adobe Flash player causes them all to hang or crash. I've tried multiple websites, most importantly Youtube.com. I am unable to watch videos of any sort.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue or what could be the major problem?
Did you install Adobe Flash Player 16.0.0.305?
Yes, why? Nothing has helped. I tried the Adobe uninstaller and things are still not working.

I installed it, it definitely caused issues. Uninstalling helped, but there are still issues.

There is most likely an incompatibility with another plug-in or a browser extension or both.
I have tried everything. Nothing will work. This problem started after I updated to the latest version of Yosemite. Version: 10.10.2 (14C109).
Who can help me solve this problem? Where is Apple Support when you need them?
Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
Or you can use your Apple ID to register with this site and go the Apple BugReporter. Supposedly you will get an answer if you submit feedback.
Have you disabled the browser extensions as Kappy suggested?
