Not able to save screen record after record

hey everyone,

I'm using os x maverick 10.9.5

I have done a gameplay record about 30 min,

then when it is finished I click save and choose the location, but when it exporting, it show a caution say this operation can't complete, why?

is it because i have insufficient of ram?

4gb ddr3 1600mhz on my macbook pro 2012 i7 aud core 2.3- 3.3 ghz

nvidia 650m 512mb
