If you are asking for the relative volume of the speaker, it should be loud enough to make calls in a quiet to moderately loud room via speakerphone or otherwise.


If you are asking if it is normal for sound to only come out of one side of the speaker at the bottom of the phone, then yes. One side is the speaker, and the other side is the microphone.
