Formatted ssd and Internet Recovery Issue

Please help

I formatted bot mac HD drive and SSD on my MacBook pro retina thinking I can start fresh again. However, went I restarted my mac, I realize the only thing I can do is internet recovery and when I run it, the message apple something 2006f pop up. Did this happen because I'm using university wifi , or am I actually screwed?

I'm pretty sure this is a connection error meaning your computer does not have an Internet connection established. If I were you I would find an Ethernet connection your can use. It's more reliable and faster than Wi-Fi. You can also take it to your local Apple Store for help with the installation.

BTW, did you use COMMAND-OPTION-R keys to initiate the recovery?
