Touch ID not working on my iPad air 2

Question

Touch ID not working on my iPad air 2, i did a restore, etc. And still not working... What can I do?

iPad Air, iOS 8.1.3

When you restore, Touch ID will not work.

Maybe you backup is not good? Try restore as new:

Thanks for your support but I restored as new and still not working ..... I am very disappointed because I just bought it 2 months ago.
