Why do I have to enter a password to get my voicemail? Don’t have a password for this, never did. These iOS 11 updates have screwed up my phone ever since they came out!

If you're having an issue with the Weather app on your iPhone, then I'd like you to force the app to quit and then restart the iPhone.
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If that didn't help resolve the issue, then I'd like you to toggle Airplane mode on and then off. This will force your iPhone to reconnect to your cellular data network, which is what is required for the Weather app to refresh. If the issue still isn't resolved, then reset your network settings.
