I just got a new PC, and my kids want to "upgrade" to my old one
how do I, in a easy way move iTunes and the huge liberty (60784files 311Gb) for one Windows to another ? with out having to recreate all 90 play-lists

All you normally need to do is copy the entire iTunes folder from User's Music on one computer into User's Music on the other. You can use a network share or an external drive to help with the move.
