I have a complaint about willow tv app

I am not sure how this product (Willow TV) made to apple store. They have no contact information and if you subscribed means you are screwed. No way to cancel the subscription. I hope Apple takes such situations serious.

Before Apple can take these situations seriously, you need to tell them. Contact them directly and don't post in a user to user technical support forum where they will never see your post.


This forum is for asking technical questions and not for posting complaints, especially about apps.


You need to contact the App Store directly and complain to them or contact Apple directly instead.
