I'm using MacBook Pro 13in. When I'm deleting anything from my Mac, the memory remains same before deleting and after in Start Button>About This Mac> Storage. What should I do for that? Please help me.

Yes, I have... After deleting no change in available memory before deleting but when I'm again copying same item, the available memory is reduced means something went wrong but I know what is it?
Did you reindex Spotlight as suggested?
You can download from the Internet OmniDuskSweeper and Grand Perspective (both free) and open them. They will show all of your files and the respective sizes. This should aid you in determining exactly what you have on your MBP.
