Pictures in picture roll do not load

Dear all,

I have been having a problem for almost 9 months now.

Memory: 16GB

Icloud capacity: 20GB

The issue was that I got a new iphone and when it uploaded the last reserve copy from the cloud, all my pictures taken were unable to load on my iphone. The thing is, though, they still take the memory of normal pictures. Attached are two screenshots of a picture and a movie.

Does someone has ever experienced something similar and knows how to solve this issue?
