In iTunes to change country or region,it shows a dropdown menu "select a
country or region” it shows all the country except "Bangladesh" please solve this issue.

There isn't currently an iTunes store in Bangladesh, until if/when Apple open one there (we are fellow users so we won't know if/when it might happen) then unfortunately you won't be able to use the iTunes store (you can't use another country's store whilst you are there, you have to be in a country to use its store).
