I can't change the languages associated to my app in App Store

On iTunes Connect, on My Apps page, i can't change (add, delete, modify) the languages of my app.

On the App Store (by user) under "information": it's exactly "Languages: En, Japanese".

How can I change these options?

I'm in Italy, and my app is only created for the italian market.
