Delete photos now appearing on Photos Beta?

Hello,

The Photos Beta app (10.10.3) seems to be working fine for me on my Mac, however I have noticed that photos I had previously deleted (and were also deleted from my Recently Deleted album) are now appearing again in the Moments stream on the Photos Mac app.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Is there a work-around for this, apart from manually going through and deleting them all again (there are quite a few...)
