my iphone4s is disabled and it is showing "try again in 2,36,88,282 minutes " while i'm trying restore in itunes the software is downloding the iphone automatically ejects and not restoring, why this is happening please help me to over come this

Are you talking about iTunes downloading itself or the iOS file IN iTunes downloading? Not clear what you mean.
In any case follow these instructions and make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed.
