Share iCloud Photo Library

Hi,

Will it be possible to share the iCloud Photo Library with e.g. my wifes Apple ID so that we both are using the same library when taking photos with our iPhones and browsing the library on our macs?

We don't want to transfer the photos to two different libraries.
