I have a iphone 6+ 64gig but have a problem that's reboots random on the day.
After that i did some research, and i heard something about MLC / TLC, I did the check and yes i have TLC.
I bought this iphone 6+ on the launch day
So my quistion is.. we are a few month's ago from the launch of the Iphone 6+, is Apple still using MLC? or they using ONLY TLC? Is Apple gonna fix this?
Your phone is still under warranty. Take it in and have it examined. You can ask them about the memory.

That is irrelevant. You have a hardware failure. The phone is still under warranty. Apple will fix the problem. That is what the warranty is for.

And again your question is irrelevant to your current problem. You have been offered the solution which is to avail yourself of the warranty; that will solve your current problem. Nobody here knows what Apple will or will not do in the future, rumor sites withstanding.
