iphone 5 battery replacement

If I want to replace my iPhone 5 battery and it's NOT eligible for the battery replacement program (https://www.apple.com/uk/support/iphone5-battery/), where should I take it? Does Apple offer a service to replace other batteries?

Yes, Apple can replace your battery for your. I believe that the cost is $89 USD.
