How do I retrieve my voice memos with iPhone 5c; lost when I restored new phone
I upgraded from 4s to 5c and lost all voice memos (18 months worth)
How can I retrieve them?
iPhone 5c, iOS 8
Did you back them up anywhere? iCloud or iTunes?

Yes I usually backed up to my PC once a week and to iCloud every other month.
My restore source was from my PC

Used to be, back in the day, that they would be listed in SONGS on itunes, as the date they were made. so one of my songs would be 12062014, and that was my voice memo
If the voice memos were included in your backup, and you restored your backup to your new phone, then they should be on there.
