why wont my iphone 4 turn on

My iphone 4 wont turn on but if i plug the device in then all that will appear on the screan is the flashing logo of the apple.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

That sounds like a hardware problem. I recommend that you take your phone to the nearest Apple Store for diagnosis.

how much would it cost?

i harged it and now its at 100% and when i unplug it from charge it powers off...

This is a user-to-user support forum. You will have to ask the Apple Store to look at your phone - they are the only ones who can tell you how much repairs will cost.

I have not seen that particular problem with my own phone. You really need an Apple Store to look at it.
