New Apple ID, same credit card?

I need a new Apple ID for my iPhone, because the current Apple ID is used for our family iPad and my sister's iPod. I want to enable iCloud backup but if I do, it will transfer all my data to the iPod and the iPad. So, if I create a new Apple ID, will I be able to use the same credit card?
