897_infor.txt

When I open the All Applications tab in Finder I see about 35 listings of a number followed by _info.txt. For example, 896_info.txt, 274_info.txt, 1641_info.txt, etc. Can these be removed, what are these, are they needed. I am using Mavericks. Thanks for the help.
