Turning off Match for a Specific iPod?

Hello,

I have an old iMac which is not authorized by iTunes. (I've reached my 5 computer limit.) That's okay as I expect it to die any day now. However, it does have some music/playlists which can only be found on it. What I want to sync an old iPod Touch to get that music/playlist onto it. However, I only get the "iTunes Match Is On" option when I plug this iPod into the computer. That's really annoying.

So, since the computer isn't part of the iTunes network, then I am assuming it's the iPod that's the culprit. First, is that correct? Second, how do I get Match off this iPod?

Thank you.
