Downloading from a season pass

Last night I purchased a season pass (first time trying it).

Now, it's letting me download the episodes to my iPad, but not onto my laptop (which would be better). New episodes appear but are grayed out and I can't download them. It's got the little iCloud download button next to the episodes, but clicking on that does nothing, since it's also grayed out.

Any ideas? Thanks.
