only work for 2g, 3g, and lte but my company does not have lte yet only 4g and i cannot get it if i dont have the icon
its Factory unlock and i have contact my carrier and they told its a problem with the device due that it does not have the 4g icon
other friend have same problem and my brother can use the 4g because he do have the icon ;_; any answer or assitence

did you order your phone from a different country than where your using it, and who is your carrier? also give the model for the phone on the back (should be AXXX)
