Help! My phone had no memory left so I backed it up but it crashed and restarted. Now I don't know how to get back onto my phone because I don't know the iCloud info.

If the phone was set up using an Apple ID you created, start here:
If it is someone else's Apple ID, you'll need to get them to remove the phone from their account.
I reset my iPhone and I don't know the iCloud information to get my phone started again
