Cannot log in on iCloud, Email, or download from App Store

Update:

Downgraded to OS X 10.9.5.

The only thing that changed is the errors, I now have different error messages:

Unable to sign in because of a problem communicating with iCloud, Try signing in again.

Updating again, I'd radar have a nonworking but better looking OS on this peace of aluminum.

Addition: If I try to click (under pref - iCloud ) Create apple ID i get the following error:

"You can't create an apple ID at this time. Wait a moment and then try again"

Wifi card is now detected after latest update from app store... still cannot sign in to iCloud and all mentioned above.
