About Storage...

I'm using MacBook Pro 13in. In the storage there is 95GB of data are for backup which is shown in screen shot. How can I see or delete this backup content in Macintosh HD and what is this backup content?

Given your screenshot and description of storage space being taken up by backups on your Macintosh HD, it appears that you have Time Machine enabled but have not plugged your device in to back up to Time Machine. This is a feature called "local snapshots," which you can learn more about in the article below. If you do not use Time Machine, then you should turn it off in the System Preferences.
