After updating iTunes to version 12.1.1.4 videos can no longer be played

After updating iTunes to 12.1.1.4 I receive the following error message every time I'm starting iTunes and when I click a video: "This movie requires QuickTime, which is not supported by this version of iTunes."

iTunes runs on a 64bit Windows 8.1 system and I never had problems with playing videos in the past.

Does anyone else have this Problem or does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Thanks for your answers.
