Security, firewall, malware protection, and cookie cleaner

HHow do I turn on the firewall, is there malware on the iPad mini, and is there a cookie cleaner?

There is no firewall or malware cleaner needed for the iPad. You can clean cookies by opening Settings->Safari & selecting the button Clear History & Website Data. You'll also see several security features in Safari's settings such as 'Block Cookies' & Fraudulent Website Warning'. You can keep your iPad secure by setting up a four digit passcode as well (Settings->Passcode).

To expand a bit on the previous post. As long as you do not jailbreak your iPad (hack it to remove some of the safety protocols Apple has put in place) and only download apps from the App Store, your chances of getting any type of malware on your iOS device are incredibly small. As the previous poster suggested, put a passcode on your device and don't allow anyone you wouldn't trust with your wallet unsupervised access to it.
