who can i go a safty back??
plz all my numbers have been deleted chould it help to go a safty backwards??? 🙂 and how do i do it??

If I'm understanding your question, it appears you are missing all of your telephone numbers (Contact information?). Do you have your phone backed up to iCloud?
First, check to see if your Contacts feature has been turned off by mistake in the iCloud settings on your iPhone.
