Bluetooth and my iPhone 4

I have just reset my phone back to factory setting via iTunes.

In settings I now have "cellular" instead of "mobile" and my bluetooth symbol shows for several seconds than disappears. It will not connect to my car media system, where as it did before the reset.

any ideas would be appreciated.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.2)

When you reset it the phone was updated to the latest version of iOS, which might account for the change from mobile to cellular. As you reset it, you will have to re-pair the phone with your car media system, as it will appear to be a different device to the car system.
