How to snap to region in Logic Pro X

Hello,

I am just working with song without constant tempo, so I don't need "snap to grid". But actually I spend a lot of time for such stupid thing like cutting regions.

For example I want to cut one region to the same length to another region which is on different track. How I can do this?

Making every time MAX zoom in is very disturbing.

Please can you help me?
