i have sold my iphone 4
i have logout my id from game center but it still show in gamecenter and App store
so suggest me what should i do
i want to know how i should logout from that device

To Sign out from your Apple ID
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Go to iCloud
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom and you will see Sign out.
Tap on it and you can Sign out from your Apple ID
But i hv sold tht phn i got to know as i see changes in my clash of clans so by tht i came to know my id is still in tht phn
