Recovering Note

An idea popped into my mind and I wrote it on notes. I was trying to copy it and share it so I couldn't lose it and a co-worker distracted me and I accidentally hit a button which deleted my whole note and left nothing but a single letter. Undo wouldn't bring it back. Is there anyway I can recover this unsaved note?
