Cannot turn on the speakerphone function. Please help.
After I place the call, I try to activate the speaker function. The screen goes black. Can anyone help?

I understand that your touch screen goes dark when attempting to activate the speaker function. Make sure that the proximity sensor which is located above the receiver is not obstructed. If this area is not obstructed and clean with the issue persisting, see the steps in the troubleshooting article below.
