general stuff for macbook pro 13inch 2014

hi

recently brought a macbook pro from curries in blackburn lancashire and i thought the battery life is ment to be like 9 hours but oh no its not even so its took me few days to do software updates cos the battery life is like 4 hours n 20 mins so im i going wrong sum where ??

and also trying to download handbreak for the macbook pro n it wont let me even so it has done in past for my desk top mac

so is there any where im going wrong pls ??

Please read the warranty paperwork that came w/your computer.

You have 14 days to return the computer w/no questions asked.

You have 90 days of FREE phone tech support on top of your standard 1 year warranty unless you also purchased AppleCare which gives you an additional 2 years of coverage plus FREE phone support.

Strongly suggest that you take FULL advantage of the above before it runs out. Let Apple deal w/the problems & your concerns.It's what youpaidthem to do.
