My iPad air 2 went black
what went wrong & how do I fix? My iPad air 2 screen went black, charging it hasn't helped. Totally black
& it's only 2 months old, barely used, no drops. Just checking email & it just went black, help?!

does anything happen when you press the on button or the home button? Perhaps it has gone into sleep mode.
