Change the specific hours I view on calendar (i.e. 7 am-7pm)

On my PC, I want to have my calendar view default to start at top of screen with something like 7:00 am, not midnight like it currently does. I am sleeping at that time and don't need to see from midnight to morning automatically. I want the hours I view to be working hours, and when I set it to view 12 hours, I get midnight to noon, and have to scroll down to see the bulk of the day.
