Every time I try to turn on my IPhone 5s it shows the Apple logo for 2 seconds than the screen goes black? How can I fix this? I am unable to send my phone in, restore it,or update it.

You will have to restore the phone using Recovery Mode
I've already tried this about 100 times (literally).
Then your phone is broken.
I actually just fixed it. There was a bend pin in the LCD ribbon cable. After taking the screen off and getting a magnifying glass I discovered a mistake that was made when installing a new screen. You were much help by giving me some great advice. Haha. Thank you for the words of confidence.
