Problem with Safari 8.0.3

I have a Power Mac running 10.10.2 and Safari 8.0.3. All of a sudden Safari has no line to type a URL or use forward and back arrows to navigate. I can add a tab but nowhere to type. What happened to my Safari and how do I get it back to normal?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Is it in Full Screen mode perhaps?

Oh wait, Right click on the top bar, choose Show Tool bar.
