My mac started acting up. Took it for service to an authorized repair center, and now i am been told i should pay for the repair because the RAM has symply came loose. I cant find anything about it on termas and conditions. Does anyone unos ir this is how it should be? Find it a little strage that i should pay for this after paying 300+ dollars for applecare.

Applecare typically does not cover accidental damage. It sounds like they "MAY" be interpreting the loose ram as being loose due to impact?? Not sure. You should definitely ask for an explanation.

Assuming that your MBP is still in the warranty period (Apple Care) I suggest that you contact Apple customer relations or bring your MBP to an Apple store. You will not be able to find a resolution in these forums since they are user to user and not staffed by Apple personnel.

Thats exactly what they are saying. My laptop is my baby, ive never dropped it. Going on three years and not a scratch on it, but i guess this is hard to prove. I guess ive learned my lesson. Never again pay for applecare. Its a rip off.
Not if something really goes bad like a logic board.
Did you try removing the RAM and re-seating it yourself? A fairly easy procedure.
