Can I use the time capsule with out the ethernet cable to expand my wi-fi signal? If so, how can I do it?

I need to connect my time capsule with out the ethernet cable, and only re produce my wi-fi signal provided by my local internet distributor.

If its possible, how can I do it?

The Time Capsule can only wirelessly extend a signal that is being provided by another Apple router.

The Time Capsule would not be compatible with a 3rd party wireless router for this purpose. In other words, if you have a non-Apple router providing your wireless signal, the Time Capsule must connect to that device using a permanent, wired Ethernet cable connection.
