My ex boy friend was using my iPhone it got his iCloud on it but wanted to give me the password and I can't reset my iPhone what I should do pls it's an iPhone 6

If the iPhone or iOS device is lock to an Apple ID or iCloud account

If you don't know the password
He will need to remove the device from the account
