Is it possible for someone to hack in your iTunes account I owe a bill on mine but I have not downloaded anything

I Think someone has hack into my iTunes account I don't know how this happened or how to stop it I changed my password but still was afraid so I made a new iCloud but I don't know how to use it with iTunes my old one keeps popping up does anyone have any answers please help
