Mac Mail Save attachment keyboard shortcut
Is there a way in Yosemite Mac Mail to Save attachment using keyboard shortcut?

Create a custom keyboard shortcut:
Note: Pressing the Option-F6 keys will take you directly to the Keyboard pane of System Preferences. Additionally, if you don't have Full Keyboard Access set to "All controls", you can press the Fn-Control-F7 keys to set. This will allow you to (from the Keyboard pane) press the Tab key once, then double-tap the right arrow key to take you to the Shortcuts menu. You can further navigate UI elements with the Tab and arrow keys, and make selections with the Spacebar key. Deselect with the Esc key.
1. From the menu bar navigate to > System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts.
2. Click the "+" button.
3. Click the double-arrow indicator in the "Application:" pop-up menu.
4. Scroll down and select "Mail" by clicking on it.
5. Type "Save Attachments..." in the "Menu Title:" text input field.
6. Press the Tab key.
7. Press the Control-S keys. (Or select another key combination)
8. Press the Enter key.
