Can't reply to a text from the locked screen
It only gives me the option to "X" it out, not the blue reply button
iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1.3
Settings>Notifications>Messages>Enable Show Previews
and then You have to go under Settings>Passcode and enable Reply with Message
