I would like to get the photos on my iPhone4 off of the phone and onto my PC (Windows 7). How do I accomplish this? BTW - I am a non-techie (obviously!). Thanks for any help.

Install iTunes on your PC if it isn't there already. Get it at http://apple.com/itunes.
Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable. The computer may recognize it as a camera, and, if you already have a photo management app on the computer that may recognize it also. If it does not, launch the Camera and Scanner Wizard (use Windows Help to find it if you aren't familiar with it).
